Join blogger Laura Deller (@houseprojectuk) for an accessible and inspiring introduction to essential DIY skills. Learn everything you need to know to get started with budget-friendly, doable projects — from upcycling to flat-pack hacks. Laura will cover practical techniques such as applying caulk, filling holes, sanding surfaces, and wallpapering around sockets.

You can choose how you’d like to take part:

• Talk (5:15pm – 6:15pm): An introduction to core DIY skills and confidence-building tips.
• Workshop (6:30pm – 7:30pm): A hands-on session where you’ll create your own bobbin picture frame to take home. All materials and tools are provided.
